At what point do you get to specify what SC you want your truck delivered to? Do you have to wait until VIN is assigned?

Did you try using a UV flashlight on it to see if it's visible in the dark? Almost reminds me of the old school magic markers where you write something and can't see it until you use the other marker over top of it.
