    Precondition battery in app

I guess this is why I charge before I go to bed at hotel with no charging. I have sat a while in the morning waiting for the pack to warm up. Usually just a short drive away. Like two miles. Yet I also wonder on the roadtrip aspect. How much time am I really saving?

It was a unique club back in the day. Strange would be a good word.

PCS Failure - Can’t charge at all

Tesla actually demonstrates plenty of goodwill from my experience and from reading and owning over the last decade. Tesla is often very good with just a bit over miles and time still covering items under goodwill. The crazy psycho customer service went away with the Model 3. As S&X owners...

2026.8 Update adds Blind Spot Warning Anti-Opening Door Feature

Understand this great feature. Had a friend encounter this on a bike. A person meaning the best left a young man crippled for a long period of his life.

Got my PCS failure badge yesterday.

The PCS is a unit. It will be replaced as one component not repaired. Haven't heard yet if Tesla is in the refurbishing business of PCS units yet. Maybe soon. Who is designing the PCS failure badge? That could get some people to notice this issue a bit more.

Switched to Hankook Ion HT 275/65/20 on Cyberwheels to try & boost efficiency

Welcome. I would guess the temperature and use of climate control would be a major factor in your recent experience for efficiency. Or lack there of. @44k in miles on mine. I would say speed, outside temp, climate control, then tires. Sure some can go to extremes on tires. Crazy off-road...

[UPDATE: NO LONGER APPLIES] Cybertrucks ordered by 3/31/26 qualify for FSD transfer (confirmed)

Yeah I will keep my order in, but a launch RS2 at 60k is a calling. I have two that I could FSD transfer, but I really don't need FSD on my next purchase. If I could transfer great, but this crap makes me look elsewhere, when I only wanted a Slate as a local car. Then said hey I will order...

Active Road Noise Reduction (Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)) Now Available on Cybertruck!

Thanks. Can type in search here and get all the same things. All AI does is pull thoughts from here, and one posts the AI junk, and it confirms it. Like a loop of nothing. So thanks for nothing.

    Glacier National Park charging dilemma?

I have seen some crazy stuff in storms and do the same. I feel vindicated. SO said why do I do that? I say look around. Maybe a hundred metal things in open fields all connected together. Also that is why we have batteries.

    Glacier National Park charging dilemma?

The 30 amp adapter never hurts. Sometimes the 50's are limited. 2014 was so cool driving from campground to campground across the USA.
