From Tesla. Hence the discouragement of the “ suicide” connector .
The 240 V outlet in the bed of the Tesla Cybertruck (NEMA 14-50) provides a standard 4-wire split-phase configuration:
• Hot 1 (L1)
• Hot 2 (L2)
• Neutral
• Equipment Ground (EGC)
What is used for ground?

And count me as many of us had none of those issues. So many ignorant people reading online blogs with an axe to grind for corporations they needed to protect.
In some ways I’m just wondering if the OP is trolling us or has a law firm in mind. It would seem logical to me to talk to someone in the business and then seek plaintiffs. But I’m not in that business.
Yeah me either, but the cable runs and everything took him, a journey man and a laborer all day. I had to upgrade my ground and something else with my box. My house was built in 1953. Since I had the parts it was almost all labor.
Yeah, the “ Tesla certified” people quoted me something like 10-12k . It did have a bit of a cable run to the box ( 25 ft or so) . I got it done for less than a fifth of that by a licensed and bonded ( over 1 mil) local electrician.
If they are it’s a shame. The install was a few hundred bucks more than the universal wall charger itself for me. The electrician was not familiar with the Tesla One app or commissioning process, so that was up to me. That was literally a dozen or so photos during the install and button clicks...

Do you have your universal charger listed on your Tesla app under your products? You should have used Tesla One for that.
The “ acceptance “ by Tesla is following the prompts on Tesla One. It’s literally a dozen or so photos and button clicks.
Pick an installer from the list and I don’t think the photos are really scrutinized. Do universal charger first then PowerShare. Once commissioned you will need to add products to your Tesla app.
I had PowerShare installed by a non-Tesla Vendor. The commissioning got a little tricky but my system works awesome. My HVAC and Hot Water are gas, so we can stay toasty for 3-4 days. Haven’t had an outage for more than 18 hours so far. Used 20 kWh.
I was involved in a road rage incident at a stoplight here. Guy slammed his mini van into my drivers side. It ripped the side trim, jammed his side door, smashed in his passenger side. I had it all on video for the cops, but it was written over when I got home. Just some wheel well trim tugged...
