Hey all,

Just adding another post about powetrain failures, hope that I’m not looking at a long road of several months ahead. Limited to 55 MPH and getting out and in after reset didn’t solve my woes. Hoping Tesla will review my request and approve a tow, I’m around 100 miles from a service center.

Whoa that’s low. Always swear I feel a difference at 49 lol. Probably burned out the motors

My problem is that no matter how carefully I adjust the PSI, there is always one tire that’s off by 1 pound

They made these types of things just for you. eg. airs all 4 of them up or down simultaneously

Thanks for all the laughs everyone. I ended up turning around and going home. Tesla is getting me in Monday with a model s loaner and theh advised to call roadside for the tow in. Will be doing that tomorrow.

Unfortunately the sensors in the wheels aren’t accurate enough. They could be exact and still show 1-2psi off

Look on the bright side, beside the PSI, your issue is a teaching tool for Tesla and all of us CT owners. I've always appreciate ALL of the early adopters for paying higher price being a genuine pigs (no body shaming intended).

Yeah, first thing I was going to say was get those tires filled to 50psi.
Ans sorry about that trip to service you need. Hope Tesla comes for the truck.

I have the Etenwolf and it performs well. I use it frequently actually for airing up bicycle tires, basketballs, pool floats, and of course the Cybertruck tires. I also purchased the Tesla air compressor because I had to spend my $2500 voucher on something. Haven’t used it yet, but it’s nice to have a back up
