I go to the new totowa location. Great group of people there and they always take care of me. From time of opening PCS service request to completion was a little over a week. Install was same day. I used to go to Paramus but this spot is closer and easier to deal with.

Also forgot to mention that despite the pcs being replaced I still have free supercharging till the end of July. Just in time for some road trips too!

Got my truck back today. All fixed up. They did some other things besides replace the PCS. Confused about the tonneau work…I never had any leaks into the bed and it’s been parked outside for a year. The sail appliqué work looks like they replaced everything around the tonneau…all the plastic...

Looks like they’ll get me in on Monday. Only took about a week to get that part. Also confirmed that it’s the updated version.

I was notified to schedule my appointment in the Tesla app last night. I thought somehow the PCS replacement had arrived already. Scheduled the appointment and got a message today that they’ll have to push the appointment until the unit arrives. I expected that, but the wait continues with me...

Just supercharged with no issues. Also noticed in my specs and warranty section they added free supercharging until July 20th. Not sure if they’ll pull that off my account when the part gets swapped, but we’ll see.

I’ve had a series of minor annoyances that have required service appointments. Limp mode issue while 7 hours away from home on a road trip…resolved by hard reboot, wind noises in rear passenger window (about to go in for a third attempt to resolve), frunk issues disengaging, charge port failure...

update...I got an alert in the iOS app that the charge port door sensor had a fault. So off to the service center.
