No ADM (Added Dealer Markup) when Cybertruck goes on sale

Unlike traditional dealerships Tesla does not add ADM on vehicles that are in high demand. There will be zero price gouging by Tesla when the CT goes on sale. The Cybertruck is going to be hot commodity and Tesla could easily tack on $10-$20k over sticker. I am confident that some of the early...

Dual Motor CT is estimated at 690 horsepower and 824 lb-ft torque

The HP and torque ratings of the popular Dual Motor version are EXTREMELY impressive according to a Top Speed article; “The mid-range model will be a dual-motor AWD truck. It will deliver at least 300 miles of range, it will hit 60 mph in 4.5 seconds and tow up to 10,000 pounds. Both, of...

Anyone polishing their Stainless Steel Cybertruck to a mirror like finish?

Updated with polished Cybertruck rendering by @GBall Polishing stainless steel to a mirror like finish takes some effort, even more so than aluminum because it's a harder metal. A small Airstream travel trailer will take roughly 200 hours of labor. Anyone plan on going this route instead of...

Cybertruck reservations may exceed one million after Jay Leno’s TV episode

That’s my hunch anyway. My prediction is that Cybertruck reservations will exceed one million soon after Jay’s Tesla TV episode debuts. The Cybertruck will be a disruptor in the full size pickup truck segment when it hits the streets. Every high level automotive executive who is in charge of...

A Cybervan must be in the design stage

With the off-the-hook demand for the Cybertruck I bet that an all electric light commercial Cybervan is in the design stage. The market is currently untapped for an all electric off-road capable van that can be used for commercial work, camping, passenger carrying, etc.

    The Exoskeleton design is brilliant

The Exoskeleton construction concept is brilliant. The body is the most fascinating part of the truck to me. My guess is that Tesla will use robotic TIG welders to manufacture the unique 30x SS monocoque exoskeleton of the Cybertruck. I have a strong suspicion that the Cybertruck will be a...

3mm thick 30X stainless steel body panels / exoskeleton

Hello members. The CT body panels will be made of 3mm thick 30X stainless steel which is ROUGHLY 1/8” of inch. For a visual of how thick the Cybertruck SS body panels will be simply stack 2 quarters together. I can see why Tesla says it’s dent resistant.

Future parking lot dilemma. Which Cybertruck is mine?

I can see this happening after a few years of production when hundreds of thousands of CT’s are in the hands of new owners. With all of the trucks leaving the assembly plant with bare stainless steel body panels all of the non-wrapped Cybertrucks are going to look identical:)
