  1. Voice command, phone call, contact has multiple phone numbers.

When I use voice command to call somebody in my contact list and that person has more than one phone number, it does show a small list on the screen and it sort of lets you scroll but not really. It's difficult to select phone number other than the top one as it immediately snaps back to the top...
  2. $130K BEAST… no homelink?

I really hope so I liked the geofencing on my Model S. As best I can tell they did not include a place to connect a HomeLink device. I'm guessing not enough people bought them for the Model 3/Y. I'd also still like to see geofencing for ride height also like my 2016 Model S had.
  3. Anyone try an AAWireless device with the Cybertruck or any vehicle really?

If it's not good at getting android auto on a vehicle without it that is good to know but they do imply it can work. Does AAWireless work on Tesla? Your Tesla needs to support hardware accelerated video for this app to work. All Teslas supporting Netflix/YouTube/Disney+ should be able to use...
  4. Anyone try an AAWireless device with the Cybertruck or any vehicle really?

Just wondering if anyone had tried one of these yet? Wireless Android Auto Adapter
  5. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

Did you try to have them repair any of the issues? Yeah, it's a pretty high price along with the extra for the foundation series, doesn't seem like it's too much to ask that and not be all scratched and scuffed up. But if everybody that's getting one right now just takes whatever they get...
  6. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

Ok, the guy in the video said to use or that he did use the one with a cutting agent. Try the one without first and then the one with? I now have started to schedule an appointment. I thought the did at pick up when they took pics of the other issues.
  7. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

They said they could not fix the scratch in a way you could not see it. They did latter say it just went to the next person. I wonder if they even tried to fix it.
  8. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

I guess I'll get a magnifying glass and take a look but it sure looks like little pits into the service. Do we want the liquid barkeepers friend with or without a cutting agent? The bottle I have for the kitchen is the liquid one with Oxalic Acid.
  9. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

I can try to get better pics but this looks like it's into or below the service.
  10. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

Some good info but I'd like to see something from Tesla on what to use and how, for best results. Not sure they are removing the contaminants that are eating away the metal and then dirt will fill the little pits even if they don't continue to eat the metal.
  11. Second truck with more scratches, scrapes, pitting(?), sounds and other small issues.

The first truck was delivered dirty with a good sized scratch that was found after paying while getting ready to leave, after some hand ringing I decided to refuse it. Six or so weeks later they had a second vehicle and I asked them to please check it carefully. After the second time talking to...
  12. Cell service all but down today in Northern California.

So not just me. It would be nice if Tesla would let us know what was up. Also, it would be cool to have the option of Android Auto/Carplay.
  13. How to turn off app notifications for tonneau cover?

I've been leaving mine open a little bit and the windows cracked and I keep getting notifications about them being open. The small compartment in the truck bed has some really strong off gassing or chemical smell and I'm trying to air it out. The cabin does as well but not as bad.
  14. Cell service all but down today in Northern California.

I'm not sure if it was the carrier they're using or something up with my particular hardware. I've not used it that much, but I actually wanted to try to use the streaming service and it would only partially play a little bit of a song here or there and then immediately go to network connection...
  15. Rumor: Homelink to be activated in future OTA software update (found on Facebook post)

I really hope they have some way of adding it but I don't know why they wouldn't have mentioned it. On my Model S, I really liked using it with the geofencing and also ride height. It doesn't look like there's any way to set the Cybertruck to automatically lower when I get home. It can when I'm...
  16. Cleaning inside of windshield -- using window cleaning mop with long handle

So these are still too short or flimsy? XINDELL Extra-Long Car Window Cleaner AstroAI Windshield Cleaner, Car Windshield Cleaning Too This one seems long enough but may not get into the corners. Window Cleaning Squeegee kit
  17. How to clean Cybertruck?

I've used Bar Keepers on my dishwasher and fridge and it works really well. So it is for sure ok to use on the Cybertruck? I tried water and microfiber towels but as you say they leave streaks and do nothing to remove any stains. I just tried to blow off a bug and a few spots of saliva got on...
  18. Tesla app keeps connecting and disconnecting

Contacts did finally sync. No fix then? It just close enough to the truck to connect (Bluetooth?) and then disconnects? It's a little distracting. Maybe I can turn off notification for the Tesla app but then something noteworthy would happen.
  19. Tesla app keeps connecting and disconnecting

The Tesla app keeps connecting and disconnecting. Also, will not sync contacts. Is this Android issue?
