I think the rules say something about whatever is attached to the vehicle is part of it. So with the wheels, white decor, etching, it doesn’t qualify. trust me, I’d love the rebate as I qualify for it. I just didn’t want to wait another year (my guess) so I ordered the AWD.

I’m totally fine for letting anyone drive it for a few minutes so they can see for themselves how it is. Im talking about a longer period for serious people who are really interested in it and wouldn’t mind paying for my time for an hour or whatever.
