I know that one of the tesla yt influencers is also an uber or lyft driver - I believe he had of the teslas with the most mileage out there. he probably has a vid about doing gig work with an ev
so how hard was this to sew into place? I saw these and was interested in the many many many options but the sewing threw me off.
has anyone found any “clip on” or “stretch on” products?
Yep just pop something, anything either inside that gap between the glass and the aerocover or over it (or both i guess) and be done. “Vault” is a marketing term just like “Full Self Driving” don't take it literally.
all pickup drivers forever have had to deal with this and dont think that...
I left mine bare steel for that same reason. Also: yes the windows broke, but it was the repeated blows with the sledgehammer in rehearsal and on stage to the door that created the microfractures that eventually caused the steel ball failure…..the door panel stayed clean and unscathed...

took a drive from philadelphia to atlantic city tonight with the tent attached, fsd with no intervention all the way in hurry mode here are my stats:
also used this product recommended on another thread to mount a camera to the back of the tent and the sides of the truck. they stayed...
