as has been said many times. “yep.” I dont want one that is zero approved. the company doesnt appear to want to sell one thats zero approved, as its been not available for awhile. funny how in some threads how people turn into gatekeeping triple boarded OSHA, DOT, NHTSA Administrators...
  2. NACS extension cord for Superchargers

right so I agree with @carsly have the whatever product it is talk to the supercharger to say “yo, easy with the electrons, we dont want to melt/burn/explode” and watch 6 youtube vids instead of 3.
  3. Tonneau cover leaks

those tesla tubs arent waterproof either. or dust proof. get the husky ones from HD. theyre much more reliable, if youre that concerned about it.
  4. NACS extension cord for Superchargers

yep if you own a CT in the NJ area, you need an A2Z ccs to nacs adapter or one with a similar extended nacs side. the nacs applegreen chargers on the turnpike do NOT work on CTs. if you have something mounted in the hitch like a bike rack, or shelf or spare tire, etc - unless th SCs are...
  5. NACS extension cord for Superchargers

yep. I imagine that it was changed from “available” with a price to “coming soon” with no price as part of the fallout from this. not to worry - I dont plan on doing anything to damage the best EV charging infrastructure out there
  6. NACS extension cord for Superchargers

this is a different product. they sell an extension for home charger already. I think I saw that A2Z was working on the higher rating. possibly directly with tesla. thats why it isnt available yet. edit: according to chat gpt theyre not working with tesla and yes currently tesla says these...

  10. Cyber Tent Style - Using RTT mounted in truck bed

im pretty happy with my Thule Outset. I dont habe range info yet, but its hitch mounted and allows for completely closed/empty bed, and you can drive away from camp without striking the tent.
  11. Tint - 5% versus 15% ?

5% is pretty dark. have 25% on my front windows and reverse parking at night often means windows down. check with your state laws - in PA anything lower than 70 is “illegal”. i went with 70 on the windshield because its an enormous piece of tint. if youre doing tint for heat rejction...
  12. FSD 14.2.2.2 makes road closure U-Turn

pretty cool - I was in a situation where road work closed one of the two lanes on my side. cones guided traffic to the opposite way travel lane, then back - and the CT navigated it perfectly with no stutters!
  13. Wolfbox is Heading to CES 2026! Let's Talk Tech and Trails in Vegas!

make a rearview cam thats easy to install, and doesnt mess with audio and/or cause any screen errors and youll have me as a customer and champion, haha. a wireless cam would be awesome.
  14. Tonneau cover leaks

since 8/2025 no water ingress. in normal mid-atlantic weather. and you actually dont have to remove the aerocover - probably best if you dont - just push (either the spline or backer rod) into the gap from the top and support the gap from the bottom as you put it in. I still use the red...
