Sorry dude. My personal view after dealing with Service Center(s) for over nine years, is that the SC is now just too overwhelmed with work to think. They know when month end and quarter end are since it's on the calendar, but it sneaks up on them and they then try to react. I have a voicemail...

I could not agree more. Thanks for running the numbers for us. $210 vs 250 makes it easier to swallow. Most of my miles are in other states from road trips so it is a heavy tax on EVs but I'm sure that was pushed for by ICE embracers. Glad I got the my two Model Ys before that. Thanks again.

I was there many years ago in my S, and was also super impressed. I thanked them profusely for having trash bins, and a squeegee in a bucket of blue fluid for washing your windshield like at a gas station. You can feel that they thought about it. I try to always buy something at these places...
