They also don't pour them because they are imminent in the next two weeks. It's most likely they were doing the foundation for the first one, already locked down the floor plan for the second one and killed two birds with one stone cause they had time to get both done together and save money on...
Well that confirms the two bases are for two separate 9k presses, not one as I had suggested.
Man they will be cranking them out way faster than expected if they do devote two presses to CT with only one cast per unit, if that is the case!
Finally some solid numbers. But now, if they had not forgotten to measure the bed length at the top of the bed wall to get an accurate measurement of how far the front wall juts out into the bed!
This statement just had me remember a concern I had from over a year ago. The tailgate needs a hard stop by way of chain or locking positions when open/down, to keep it parallel to the bed. As it is depicted in all these sightings we've had, the tailgate is angled downward. That would cause...
I found it hilarious I did it as well, and I've been regretting it ever since. Cursing every time I get a notification someone responded to this damn thread! :ROFLMAO:
Next time, impulse control. I swear.
I'm not asking the question looking for an answer on whether people think it will be a feature that will be there or not. I mentioned previously that I don't really care if it is or isn't included (I think it's stupid, so I fall on the not included side of the poll). I'm gauging what the desire...
It's not a deal breaker for me if it's there, I won't say "I don't want the CT." I could care less about it, so if it's there then so be it, yet another feature. But it seems some midgaters consider it deal breaker if not there.
Edit: to clarify since you can't edit poll options after people start answering them.. question is do you absolutely need the midgate and will be pissed off if not included (useful) or do you not care either way (useless).
Granted this is not scientific as this forum is most likely a higher...
Tesla loves ripping off their fanboys. Is there any doubt they really care for their customers when they are constantly grifting their die hards with crap like this?
I would agree. If we are all going to sit here hypothesizing, my thought is those parts are too small for the larger 9k giga press. Comparing them to the foundation markings for the much larger press, they seem too small and more in-line with the sizing of the smaller 6k presses. But who...
The 9k press would be necessary, if they decided to cast all "5" (or however many there actually are) separate cast parts at the same time in the same mold similar to how model kits cast multiple parts on sprues. This would be more efficient time using one giga press instead of multiple. Plus...
All that waiting for the load.. and the dude focuses on the truck cab, and then quickly passes over the load to aim at the follow vehicles. Yeah, great camera work! Potato timing. ;) Someone tell the camera guy the focus of the video is the load.. not the lead/follow vehicles!
