That's exactly what I do. But, the speed eventually creeps back up. If it were unattended, who knows how fast it would get going. But, my point is that it gets going faster than I want it to without intervention.
Not going to read through all comments. Yes, you are missing a slat. Takes SC a while to do it and it takes two techs and their special table. Took my SC a whole day to fix mine.
I'd definitely have that done on my CT if it wasn't illegal here. Had to literally pull tint off myself on the MY and my Maverick when they got inspected even though it was hardly noticeable... Imagine having to do that on the huge ass CT windshield!
I don't need to set a specific speed. BUT, I would like to be able to say "Don't go above THIS speed on this road". In a 55, it won't hesitate to be in the 70s. No big deal some places but here, it kinda is. So, in my specific case, I'd like to effectively say:
