The edge ends on the cantrails can be adjusted up and down a few millimeters. There is an 8mm bolt about where I marked on the pic. I adjusted mine that way. Hard to tell from the pics the gaps around the frunk area. I would speak to service if they can tighten them somehow.

Not all CBs have had their off road light bars installed. I waited 13 months and there are still plenty out there just getting their appointments. Once they complete the program they will probably be available to order for non-CBs.

I got mine installed about three weeks ago at the SC…..no scuff marks at all. Did the lens still have the black tape? Could be one which was damaged in shipment or defective.

Mine was an 08/24 delivery and have to say up to now no issues I can complain about. Hopefully you get most of the thorny issues resolved. It will be interesting if you don’t get the “within spec” response.

Looks like a good solid install. Were you able to fill this gap between the bottom edge of the lightbar and windshield? BTW all new SC installs are completed with all the electrical connections. Just the software push when entering the truck.

Congrats! Do a good walk around; if you have any doubts don’t leave until the SC answers your questions.

Didn’t the service advisor do a walk-around with you? I get the feeling there is no pride in their workmanship. This is not acceptable for a recall.

If you replace try placing an O ring (green used on AC applications) between the screw and backing plate. You can buy the O rings at harbor freight. Your installer probably did not turn the screw(s)tight enough.

TeslaKen placed the screws inasmuch as his vibrated. Mine don’t; if they did I would place a thin washer on the caliper side (screw attachment point) of the install. The wrap is a good idea if the material can take the heat displaced from the calipers. edit: I see it’s rated to 450 degrees

You might open the appliqué to determine if you have some slack with the wires. I opened mine and there is about 1” inch play. I am surprised they left that tag wrapped around the wire.
