that's what I thought initially, but I tried 4 different level 2 chargers at different locations (work and home), all gave me the same error. I also tried a soft reboot. No luck. Service had no clue either.
I'm glad I'm not the only feeling the same way. The service guy I spoke with yesterday fully did not care. I was in a situation where I almost got stranded in my new car because of a quality issue so at least act like you about the situation. No other car companies or dealers can't get away with...
that's partially why I felt upset that they rejected my request to reimburse some supercharger credits .... I was left with no option but to supercharge it because of a product defect
I know :/ I was really hoping the exterior panel scratches were the "price" but didn't expect something like this. It pains me to think that my car is going to get tear down and potentially in shops for weeks.
Final Update: the vehicle was fixed - was told the PCS module has to been replaced along with a couple of other harness. Tesla service fixed the truck in about 2 days after I brought the vehicle in which was nice. Now let's hope no more visits to the service center!
Update 4/2: Just like some...

CA SF zipcode, 49 days since config, still waiting for vin...
what's worse is that, based on everything I've read, I should be getting a vin soon. I probably checked the app for a total of 5 times in the first 30 days knowing I'm still weeks away from a vin, but now I just keep checking every...
