  1. how many Cybertrucks exist?

The compressed paper dash at the unveiling looked like marble while the truck in Jay Leno's Garage was just white.
  2. VIDEO - Tesla Cybertruck TeraFactory Site Construction Is Well Underway

If Tesla had this property for a year the factory would have been complete. Did you not see the progress on the factory in Shanghai? I don't even think ownership is set in stone yet.
  3. how many Cybertrucks exist?

The dash in the Jay Leno's Garage episode is different from the unveiling. I say at least two functional.
  4. 5.5 Foot vs 6.5 Foot Bed

Same here. If anything they should have an option for 8ft. My Ford was 8ft and I feel like I'm going to miss it.
  5. wheel cover material and attachment

They should be plastic hubcaps that clip on. The model 3 is similar.
  6. "300 miles is the new normal"

We've known about Project Roadrunner since February.
  7. Door operation

If you walk up to the Model X, the door will open. It's only on the driver side. It closes when you press the brakes. It's only on the X.
  8. Door operation

If the Cybertruck comes with the auto doors, I'll probably disable it due to the amount of times I'm walking towards my truck at the worksite. If you have to be super close than maybe but I don't want the door to open every time I need to grab something in the back.
  9. 304 Stainless steel

SpaceX is using 304 currently because their in-house stainless steel is not finished being developed or they are working on the production. We know that the Cybertruck will be using the same materials and that the stainless steel is derived from 304L. It's funny because the only person who works...
  10. F150 Powerboost Hybrid

As someone who drives a 1980s f150.... No.... Back then it was on the steering column (for automatic) or on the floor (standard which is what I have). The shifter in the 2021 f150 is more reminiscent of 2000-2010 cars (not trucks). This is probably the worst adaptation of a console shifter ever...
  11. Cybertruck pics & videos from the Petersen Automotive Museum [Dates Extended Until July 5]

I believe the law you are looking for states that a wheel can't stick out further than the vehicle IF it doesn't have fender flares. The cybertruck does. There may be a separate manufacturing law but doubt it. As I stated above, the reason it sticks out is because the bed is flat. If Tesla were...
  12. Cybertruck pics & videos from the Petersen Automotive Museum [Dates Extended Until July 5]

There should be no problem with the wheels. A lot of people do that to their trucks. Reducing it would cause a hump in the bed or making the whole truck wider.
  13. Cybertruck pics & videos from the Petersen Automotive Museum [Dates Extended Until July 5]

Not if you had 2 weeks to build it. The first prototype didn't have all the bells and whistles that the production one is supposed to. I also have a theory that only Fremont has QC issues. Last time I checked the model 3 in China was beautiful. Fremont wasn't designed by Tesla so they have to...
  14. Will I need a armoured vehicle permit for Cybertruck in British Columbia?

You have no idea how stupid our government is.
  15. Cybertruck will make public debut at Petersen Auto Museum in LA beginning From June 20-27!

The one on Jay Leno's Garage had a different dash so people assumed it was another prototype.
