Lol explain why my Model X Plaid gets 2.59 - 2.61 when tested with my Dragy?
That means the Beast should get 2.7 or so. That's insane and way better than the SUPER SLOW AWD version that gets 4.2-4.3
The AWD version should be called the Cyberturtle spec. That's so SLOW
Based on my calculations, this means the Cyberbeast spec will get 112 miles to a full charge and about 12 when towing. I'm a mathematician so I know what I'm talking about
Oh it's the YouTube guy that rambles on forever in his videos and I fall asleep. Sorry, I could never have the patience to watch one of his videos to even hear his opinion because he causes so much drowsiness
The difference between a 0-60 in 2.6 seconds and a 0-60 in 4.1 seconds is so massive though dude. That's huge. Tesla has been very accurate with their 0-60 info so I'm not thinking they are being shady with their marketing.
I've seen the Beast beat the Lamborghini Urus and Raptor R by a huge...
Lol dude I just changed out my intake on mine and get 3.6-3.7 to 60 according to my Dragy GPS testing device.
That same device was used on a AWD Cybertruck model and only got , 4.2-4.3s
AWD models will get smashed by TRXs and Raptor R's. That's embarrassing, but that's why I am paying the...
Doesn't matter, an AWD will feel slow compared to everything else I own and drive, including my ICE truck (Ram TRX)
It's not even a small difference, it's a huge difference.
The difference in 0-60 time between an AWD and a Beast is the difference between overnight shipping and 3-5 business days.
True. I've owned a Tesla since the beginning, one of first 2013 Model S P85s that came out.
I do agree Tesla puts out updates and changes things all the time. I guess when it came to Steer by Wire being such a new technology to the automotive world, and Tesla, something like a turning radius...
Model Y is a great vehicle. I'm on my second one.
If you ever decide you want a Tesla truck, I recommend permanently removing the rear hatch of your Model Y and using it as a truck bed. Maybe have a custom tailgate made for it. Same thing.
Vinyl wraps, sure, but PPF can be left outside no problem. Here in California we don't have the bug season to worry about but when bugs hit PPF on my other cars they wipe right up no problem and no marks
So you'll get into the truck and even under normal conditions it will feel so slow compared to your Plaids. No way I could do that, you'll be very disappointed that's for sure. 3.9-4.0 to 60 is SO SLOW. You'll get smoked by TRX And Raptor R's.
I can't even fathom being a Plaid owner (both...
This thing is meant to be wrapped, or preferably, PPFd. The bare stainless is going to look like trash in a few months if you don't take care of it. I predict a ton of bad condition Cybertrucks running around with people who just leave finger prints and bird turds on them.
That's another...
Cancel the truck, if you have to post about it and ask a bunch of random people like us and help you make a decision, you're not making the right decision. Back out and move on
Breaking News: Battery Powered Vehicle Cannot Tow For Long Distances
Shocking!
If this bothers you, you are not the type of truck owner to have a battery powered truck. You're the type of truck owner to own a gas or diesel powered truck.
Cancel your battery truck order and buy/keep your gas...
That's cool and all, personally, I wish he'd focus on growing and improving Tesla and not screwing around with social media companies.
He's so intelligent, but he's let fame and popularity get to his head and has put Tesla on the backburner. We don't need a guy like Elon to disrupt social...
No one is saying the Cybertruck can't tow, and cannot tow a lot of weight.
It just can't tow it over 100 miles.
We all know Elon is a BS'er. He lies all the time. I never took the numbers he claimed years ago as reality, just like I knew he was full of s*it about the Cybertruck being able to...
Question,
I've heard on several videos now that the suspension is noisy when backing up and at low speeds with more aggressive turning, say when backing out of parking spaces or making tight low speed turns.
Have you noticed this as well? Seemed pretty bad on the OCDetailing YouTube videos.
Dude those are replacements. No way the truck doesn't come with them already.
Do you think the windshield wiper comes separate as well, since it's not listed as an accessory?
