I look forward to what you come up with... As you and others have said. Such solutions are very obviously not "practical" for normal drivers.
The only valid exception being the Aptera, because it uses a fraction of the energy per distance, at 3x less than a Tesla sedan or 5x less than my...
Absolutely... I'm thinking of it more as the equivalent to an emergency Jerry can... Maximum 8 hour day might get 16 miles, very likely much less.
But 10 days of camping could yield 160miles...
The main point being, no matter how long you park your ICE car in the woods, it will never gain...
Has anyone seen this project? 1.2kW of easy deployable PV but needs a 4*4 roof rack.

I'm going with the @CYBERTRUCKco bars 2/3 + bridge for a spare... And I'm wondering if perhaps this PV array could mount between bar 1&2 with it raised up to the height...
Awesome... I'm super tempted to order the #2+#3+Spare(Bar Bridge) as I got a 1/4" by 2" bolt in a tire my first week, which is now a plugged & patched spare I'd love to stash somewhere other than the bed, your setup looks amazing. WHY! did you have to make such an awesome rack system! I can't...
Nothing in your screenshots indicate LTS (Long Term Shareholder), how do you know that the LTS program applied to your order? I think that perhaps the LTS applied for mine which I already took delivery of, but I'm not entirely sure. I'm just trying to gather more information, Thanks.
RainX it and you might not need a wiper... I had a ceramic coat thing added to my F-150 Lightning when they did my PPF, and it was absolutely amazing, literally only used the wipers just for the fun of it... I have yet to repeat the process for my CyberTruck, but it's on the list.
I believe you only have a few days... Anecdotally the day I got my invite, and ordered within about 12 hours, someone else who got the "configure now" (invite) option and waited 1~3 days (I can not remember exactly) no longer had the option to configure...
I'm not sure exactly how they will...
I'm not sure if this is the same guy and data? https://www.cybertruckownersclub.com/forum/threads/cybertruck-order-charts-geography-model-type-options-rns-ordered-final-update-2-20-2024.10988/page-11#post-249667
I am near my service center and so I just stopped by roughly every other day. They would tell me "It's still in Texas" or "It's at three of four stops, so getting close". So it probably can not hurt to give them a call, or give them a call every few days if you get someone who won't look into...
The ETA only appeared on the web page when placing the order, I believe. I don't think that estimate appeared anywhere else in later communications about an order or an orders status.
Of course, and I'm sort of just doing that with a little USB battery bank in the mean time. I'm just running a set of UBS devices, and they all have their own batteries themselves. I should start a thread about all this, this isn't really the place to keep talking about it. The whole AC...
Indeed... I intend to run a few 100watts of tiny little loads inside the truck pretty much all the time. So want the inverters basically always running. Alternately, I'm looking for some other continuous power source, be it 12v or 48v. When originally launched the inverter and the DCFC...
Delivery confirmed, this thing is out of this world.
I had had an open question of if it can run the inverter and AC L1/L2 charge, turns out if can not, sure hope they can fix that in the future.

My American Family Insurance agent told me yesterday that they have a new policy and will no longer be offering coverage for the CyberTruck for clients who have not already requested a quote after May 20th (I think was the date she said)... So if you intend to use them, you might want to get a...
