I may have to get a few Milwaukee tools at some point afterall.?
yeah, the instant torque of the Tesla motors I’ve read is what requires wheels with more torque than most other vehicles.
Great setup with upgrades and ways to save some money! Did you use a metal brake for your mounting plate and what did you use to “soften” the corners and notching out for the d-ring mount?
Does your bed mat seem to keep everything in place or is the tie-down strapped to the d-ring? I could...
I was looking forward to the 500+ range as well, especially for towing and back country trips. That estimated range quickly drops in colder weather when towing and going through large elevation climbs.
Not enough pull through supercharging stations make it a pain if you have to unhitch for more...
Various hook and loop (Velcro straps) such as those from Wrap It can also be used for certain items. I used them for some lighter weight storage tubes ($1 water bottles i found at WalMart) before I went with some military storage tubes.

Sounds like Canadian...
We charged at Entiat before heading through Winthrop and back west along the North Cascades Highway a few years back in our Model X. I don’t think that trip would’ve been possible with the older 75kWh MX we had previous to that one - not without relying on L2 charging or worse. Not long after...
Nicely done, looking forward to seeing your progress on those projects and others!
Now I remember seeing those storage bins at Costco before, I’ll definitely take a closer look at them next time I’m there!
Do you mind sharing a link to your Etsy store?
Looks like a well-designed clip, thanks for sharing! One of my coworkers does a lot of 3d printing, I’ll have to get him to print me one. I haven’t made the plunge for a 3d printer yet.
Can you post more details/photos about the storage solution you have above/behind your cargo divider?
I still need to pull some Teslacam footage from our Fish Lake trip, didn’t stop for enough photos. Here’s one hitting pavement after coming out onto Eagle Creek though.
