Looking at the original photo it looked like the extender was going to take up the majority of the bed space, i wasn’t willing to. I’d definitely be interested in more range in the battery pack.
Mine started coming loose again. I believe it was an 8mm nut, does anyone happen to know the torque spec? I think the service center might have just hand tightened it when I was in before.
I’ve used the tie down strap on the rear d-rings that are in the wall of the bed or some of the “ring” l-track attachments that I bought, and the cargo bar toward the front to keep the kayaks from possibly tilting. I’ve actually had the tonneau partially closed with this setup, but open enough...
I still use a single tie down strap and an adjustable ratcheting cargo bar similar to this one for hauling our kayaks and a rubber mat to protect the tailgate trim.
I just have the 4 d-rings in the wall corners. I assumed they were referring to those as “floor d-rings” since they were near the floor at the bottom of the walls. Are there others that are supposed to be installed directly in the floor, possibly in the presumed mounting location of the range...
Got a letter in the mail stating I can schedule a service appointment for the wiper motor replacement through the app. When I clicked on service it showed I had “Outstanding work”, when I clicked into it the work was to “Install bed floor d-rings”. Mine has the 4 d-rings, are they being...

I saw this on Instagram. Clearly a contested aesthetic, just sharing what I saw?
The spoiler does seem to take styling queues from the NASCAR Truck series.
I just saw the Artic Cyber Trek video and noticed they were carrying a Hi-Lift Jack, has anyone tried using one on the jack points of the CT? Here’s a screen grab from the video with the jack mounted to the exterior molle panel.
T-Sportline has this one listed, but mentions you have to have the stock CTX bumpers, the stock bumpers won’t work. Doesn’t sound like high lift jacks will work with the underbody jacking points, need aftermarket bumpers for this style of jack...
I saw an article about the WA plate shortage in my feed recently, did a Google search and can across a few stories on it:

I had a couple electricians insist mine would have to be installed outside. Went with one who actually recommended installing it inside (which is what I wanted anyways). Some might be lazy and looking to install whatever they think will be the easiest for them. Quotes I received were between...
you can look at having a 50 amp manual transfer switch installed to run off the 220v in the bed. Same hardware that can be used with a 50amp generator. I was considering going that route at one point.
Depending on your area, you can decline the quote and QMerit will assign another electrician to quote. I went outside of QMerit (poor customer experience) and contacted certified electricians on Tesla’s site. Still waiting for the PowerShare to go live though, my electrician is reaching back...
