Hardware is included and you should only have to pay for installation (AWD model). The Cyberbeast model comes with hardware as well and $4k credits towards installation. Maybe call back into Tesla’s Support (new support specialist) or try your nearest Service Center.

There is hope. Picked our CB up today and it’s simply amazing. Be prepared - it gets a lot of attention. It’s definitely polarizing! I find it intriguing that most ppl have never heard of it.
