Good sound choices. That was certainly still an adventure with interesting experiences. Hope you get your adapter figured out. I suspect there are answers with the current CT experience out there. Best wishes on a future adventures.
I've experence BC on a couple different trips and *really*...
Yes, I've heard your same rants in other threads.
You ignore when Tesla only had the Model S large and expensive sedan, relying on credits and with hopes of a smaller Model 3 to get to affordability. The Model S, X, 3, Y all have similar plain exterior and interior styles and are getting long...
1 out of 100s. If you have followed closely they have had many many successful OTAs.
Tesla has had their share of ups and downs in the OTA-land!! Many have started going out and then stopped or rolled back (removed after download) ... then another dot release goes out to fix what they broke...
A very long time follower.
So you have not seen all the stuff they did for Gen 2 or the R2x in terms of savings and engineering. Got it.
Lot of positives including a popular EDV (Amazon and other companies now), very strong customer base, their OTAs are at or better handled than Tesla (huge) do...
Your comments don't jive with reality. Apparently have have not followed closely on what they did with the R1x Gen 2 or all the things that are coming out with R2x and cost savings they are/have done.
Watch the video to get the full info.
Edmunds is very well known and not just an average Joe's vehicle. They have a lot of experience. They had a few issues with theirs from the beginning.
Trouble finding a Tesla place that did Cybertrucks.
Lot of broken casting (bed) and rear drive train...
Saw one here just now:

Our Cybertruck was hit while parked on the streets of West Hollywood in late 2024, and it quickly became apparent that getting it fixed — or even getting an estimate — was going to be an arduous process. Well, six months later, we can finally give you the lowdown on our...
Can you show the graph from the TeslaFI menu: Charges -> Battery Report (link)
I'm pretty sure old 3rd parties use to simulate a phone API to get data back but Tesla added a specific API last year or before for their official interface (and more data). I don't think the current API works for...
Time will certainly tell but all these tools are just using an "API" to get info from the "BMS" so it is telling all the tools what the results of its forumlas are saying. The 2170 and 18650 BMS forumulas are certainly more mature for those chemistries and physical makeup/sizes. Recall the 4860...
Thanks!
It is odd that the others don't have Pet Mode yet. Seems like a popular feature. Hard to imagine that they won't all get it.
I have seen on the Silverado EV that some pet owners are just making sure AC is on, leave the vehicle with the pet inside, and then do a remote start (keeping...
I do have payload in columns farther on the right but I was just giving the basics that clearly show for towing what way better mileage options there are than the CT. The payload of any of them seems pretty sufficient for most use cases (campers). Work trailers may be different.
The "Towing...
For a few years on the Chevrolet Volt thread, I saw the same exuberance on how the batteries and mileages showed virtually no degradation. Some of us would bring reality into the plot line and suggest that the buffers were hiding it or the buffers were being used in small increments as they...
They have a 2013 & 2017 S ... so it is not their first rodeo.
Still, it is hard to imagine what the Tesla service centers could be thinking or saying if the range is really that low. I'd run the battery test in the service menu.
