    Spare tire location

Then you get into what percentage of your customers want/need and and what you take away from other areas to give them that. The amount of flats that can't be fixed with a plug, that sort of thing.

    Spare tire location

Nope, they just made a different packaging choice. The room for that tire came from somewhere. By making something taller or something else smaller. There's an old hot rod dictum. You can have fast, reliable, and cheap. But you can only choose two at a time. Looking online numbers, the...

    Spare tire location

I don't, and you don't, but many people do. And remember, what's possible, and what places are willing to do are two different things. You can do a plug patch, but looking at this, I can see why a lot of shops wouldn't bother. EDIT: Forgot the link ...

    Spare tire location

Some Tesla tires have foam inside of them than makes a proper repair inpossible. And a proper repairs taking it off the rim, reaming it, abrading the arear around it, applying adhesive and pulling a "plug patch" through from the inside then using a roller. And yes, I'm fine with a simple rope...

What to use the CT Frunk for…?

The entire plastic surface should work. Something like this, although there are options. https://www.command.com/3M/en_US/p/d/cbgnarus2503/

What to use the CT Frunk for…?

3M command strip hooks come in some pretty robust sizes. Ive had one on a wall in my house hat for eight years has faithfully supported my heavy armored motorcycle jacket.

From what we know, that's only opened by unbolting the cover, aqs it's purpose it a maint hatch for access to the motor and penthouse. Possibly also the vault cover storage.

WILL THE REAR WINDOW ROLL DOWN?

Well, we dont know all about the CT yet, which is sort of why I stayed away from that aspect. That 8500lbs curb, that's a killer right there. That drives a massive inefficiency right from the start. No other way to make a unibody strong enough except through mass. I'm curiously waiting to see...

What to use the CT Frunk for…?

If the stock liner doesnt offer hooks and tie down points, I will most likely add a bunch A line of grocery bag hooks along the back will be helpful.

Joe Rogan shoots arrow at Cybertruck in teaser of Elon Musk's podcast appearance today (More Cybertruck News?)

Ask any motorcyclist, they can tell you about driving around on an invisible vehicle :) Years ago I started "wagging" my bars a bit to make my headlights have some horizontal motion when approaching someone waiting to pull out from the side of the road. Amazing to watch them blindly staring in...

WILL THE REAR WINDOW ROLL DOWN?

Well, if you want to pay 80-110K for an 8,500lb truck. And I think GMs ramp is gonna be uglier than CTs.

Elon reveals Cybertruck details / production expectations on Q3 2023 call

Related, in 2016 when Tesla was in need of help in making assembly lines better, they could have contracted with a company known for such things. Instead they bought one of the best in the world, Grohmann. https://electrek.co/2017/05/10/tesla-acquisition-grohmann-engineering/ FF four years...
