I believe the rear camera is only used to merge and let faster traffic in the rear go by. Side camera's are used for merging, that being said if he was towing you'd have an argument regarding safety.
Just get it, I'm on HW4 foundation and I was told internally that they have to legally upgrade your hardware at no cost if you have the lifetime. So you got about 4 days to lock it in.
I think if the CT gets FSD and ASS they're going to sell a ton of them for those two reasons alone. Most people are intimidated by the power and capabilities of the CT and they're scared of it due to the 6 figure price tag. You make it autonomous all that goes out the window.

If you're towing in the sand you almost have to expect to get stuck, there's usually someone with a badass truck (in this case the most badass, Cybertruck) that filled that role. The off-road community is full of good sam patriots.

I'm using Drive insurance and they don't monitor anything $1400 year for 1k/mo. I feel insurance companies only appreciate "safe" drivers. Skilled competent drivers aren't considered and sometimes is safer to get out of a cluster of traffic which may require speeding and some erratic moves.
My only concern would be if I decide to get "illegal" and have some fun will it cause my rates to go up? I've never had an accident and never filed a claim. Haven't had a ticket in 18 years.
