Yeah, the rule of thumb that I always heard was that it needs to be stood up for twice as long as it was laying down before plugging it back in. I'd still rather not lay it down if I could help it to avoid the risk. But that's just me.

I was going to write the same thing! Did they do anything different to improve this or did they just swap it out for the same part that may fail again in the near future? If they didn't do anything different, I'm still concerned for those that had it replaced as well as those that didn't (yet).
