I'm going through a similar experience. I got my VIN on Thursday 8/22 and a message that day to schedule pickup. I was going out of town the next day and immediately tried to setup a pickup either before I left or when I came back.....this is where the problem started.
The app said no deliver...
I just did a test drive today. The ride was smooth. It's definitely smoother than my 18 Colorado and my 22 MY. I may have been a little biased as I was super excited to drive the truck. The real opinion came from a designated passenger for whom I normally chauffer to her errands to lift...
We did the same thing last month with our MY. The amount of drain got concerning so I turned off Sentry mode and Cabin protection....car slept like a baby with minimum drain. Only issue is the 12V battery started to die. Nothing was plugged in and nothing left on. Likely unrelated to being...
Exactly! I was thinking the same thing. If what he says is true...and... If the vault is closed and the window comes down, you can get to the bed. May not be ideal, but that makes it possible to sleep securely in the vault. The mid-gate for the Avalanche, Escalade ext, Silverado EV, etc. was...
Agreed. And let's not forget cold weather impact if you have winters where you are. Not sure what the range impact may be if running heat in the winter time. The 2021 Chevy Bolt got about 210 at 80% estimated on a good day really was like 150 in the winter... after a commute to work, back...
This is a long one...
I like the math from @ajdelange. And have been thinking about this in context of the recent Ford announcement and the Rivian. Although Rivian is still not announcing their actual range, it's still 300+. Now that Ford has pretty much put their cards on the table and yet...
I totally agree on this! I stated something similar a month ago in a different thread. Obviously it was prior to knowing the F150 would have an announcement. But Tesla probably knew it was coming.
Not an electrician, but I did my research and had this installed professionally.
How do you not kill a lineman... a Hold down breaker/mechanical interlock does that. It goes over the main circuit breaker and the backfeed circuit breaker for the inlet (not outlet) that can feed the panel...
Im not sure on CT delivery.. I hope it's sooner rather than later. But do you think Elon is playing his cards close to his chest with Rivian expected to start delivery in June? He did say an update in Q2. June is in Q2. I'm not saying CT will be here in June but I expect more info closer to...
1. Mid gate pass through
2. Reclining rear seats
If the mid gate works out then reclining rear seats would be great for the family. I wouldn't be able to enjoy it most of the time. Reclining a little more than the current vehicles allow (maybe 45 degrees) would make this the ultimate family...
