A similar thing happened to my FS CT. FSD hit a bump on the road, and the crack appeared. I was amazed ? and furious ?. One minute the CT was fine, next minute it was not and all I did was drive down the road. My perfectly good CT now had an unsightly crack. An otherwise tough truck seems...
My kids do this all the time with the limitations previously mentioned. The cool thing is that you can see what they are watching from the front screen and you can also search for videos on YouTube (for example) for them and not have to reach into the back to manipulate the screen if they are...
While dropping my wife off at Target. Someone said "I don't know why someone would buy that big stupid truck". That was of no concern to me.
I then parked toward the back of the lot, waiting for her and some guy with his lady friend drove over to me and pulled into a spot across the aisle...
FSD hit a pothole in the road and the same thing happened to me. After parking and adjusting the ride height things went back to normal....the impact cracked my windshield though! ?
Like @carsly showed, you really need an inlet box and not an outlet/standard receptacle. The cable you need to go from the CT to an outlet is dangerous if the proper steps aren't taken to ensure power is turned of at both ends before use. It's easy to make that mistake. So I would avoid it...
Took a few tries but only about 5 minutes total. I used force to keep it centered onto the base and lifted up gently. Directions from Tesla wasn't working.
I saw this and immediately thought it was wrong. My AWD with core wheels at 100% charge is 340 mi. I thought I remembered that being what Tesla originally listed. Something must have changed with the current production trucks/Non FS.
Had the same problem but....try adding to your cart while you are not signed in. Then sign in and go to checkout. You should be able to use your credits then. It just worked for me.
Looks good. I have a generator inelt I installed on the rear of my house for my generators before I got my CT. I need to pull around to the backyard to test the CT. Since the inlet is outdoor mounted, its a twist lock that plugs in from the bottom.
Have her pick out the wrap. She will like the way it looks then. My wife doesn't drive it, doesn't want to, and loves the passenger seat. We went boring...all black, dark tint, no mirrors, no aero covers with a few purple accents. It's our Batmobile...."the Blackmobile".
