  9. Truck broke down Friday night. Horrible grinding sounds.

    More than likely the large bolt that secures axle shaft to hub is loose. This will allow the axle shaft move inboard and not contact the hub. Axle shaft replacement is the fix.

    That truck has not been delivered to a customer yet. Can tell by the UI. May have been Transport damage or something found by service team. Either way that is not a fun job

    It’s called the VC left. It’s on the firewall driver side behind break pedal. About 30 mins to replace and another 30 worth of programming. It’s one of 3 mid voltage controllers.

    Are there any alerts on the ui ? Try a mid voltage shut down. Hard reset.

    Yes. You can drive in rain the bed won’t seal well but it will not hurt the truck

    The appliqué are held in place by double sided tape and plastic clips. The tape doesn’t hold well and yours is missing a white plastic clip that goes onto that tab. Back to service center for repair. It takes about 10 mins to replace both. Unfortunately the new ones will prob do it again

    You will need the entire front fascia and inner fender liner pass side. Get some extra of the push pins too that hold the liner on. The entire job will take about an hour. Fairly easy task
