Well if nobody has theirs by then, it'll just be a practice run for 2023 for those of us who already have off road capable rigs. That said, I think that given the incredible demand they have, they certainly have the motivation to beat the schedule if they can. Obviously I'm realistic about...
Well according to my limited knowledge, the best time to scout the best routes due to the passes is July or August, correct? I would have naturally been thinking end of July through End of August for my scouting trip so I'll just start penciling in August of Next Year for the scouting trip.
[Update 3/13]
Ok, well based on these results I'm going to say it's on, and will happen in Colorado sometime in the summer of 2022, exact details TBD. Hopefully at least one attendee will have their truck by then, but if not, we'll consider it a warm up event for 2023.

Well, if I have my facts right, both Texas and Kansas now produce more than 50% of their domestic electricity consumption via renewables. I think Texas is closer to 65%. I think Washington State is very close to 100% with the combination of Hydro and Nuclear but since neither BC or Washington...
If I had to guess it would be in this order, for these reasons:
1. Texas (Skilled Labor Pool, Growing Market, Political Pull from the most powerful Red State)

Did you see somewhere that the stock cybertruck tires are going to be Run-Flats? I'm also wondering how many guys in the off road community use run-flats? Im assuming there are some tradeoffs to using them, although I don' t personally have any experience with them on trucks, only Skid Steers...
Seems like if the Air Suspension wasn't enough to get the jack stand level you wanted, you could provide additional lift with one of the off road air jacks since it would also serve the dual use of being usable for off road recovery situations. Here's an amazon link to an example.
Yeah, that whole Ouray-Silverton area is chock full of great trails. My only concern out there is the traffic jams with Side-by-Sides and I have a little bit of a concern about the long wheelbase of the Cybertruck on some of those switchbacks making the corners though I do think the high...
Oh Man, I spent three days out there riding my bike (Honda CRF1000 'Africa Twin') this last summer on the Colorado Back Country Discovery Route. There's some amazing routes out there.
That area would definitely be on my short places list.
I'm thinking that 'Weather Tech' the company that makes the best floor mats and suv cargo liners, might be encouraged to make some kind of a mat there that is easy to take in and out.
I think that for the annoyance of them, there's going to be a ton of functionality there. Just think about...
I've been kicking around the idea of organizing a Cybertruck Adventure Rally sometime in the Summer of 2022, probably in Colorado. It would be open to any reservation holder (or owner!) who had an adventure capable vehicle. This means anything from stock 4x4 SUV's and Trucks to those of us...
