  1. 265 mi range at 90% shown in demo Cybertruck driven by Marques Brownlee MKBHD

You're right when a Tesla vehicle comes out it's expensive...in 2019 there were barely starting to deliver model y. They only got cheaper because they built 3 new factories since then and 450k units a year. First CT will be up at least 25% is my guess We find out TMR!! I hope it's less...
  2. Wheels Revealed: 18" Base, 20" Base, and Premium Wheel

Found this pic of 18" wheels and cover I believe..
  3. 265 mi range at 90% shown in demo Cybertruck driven by Marques Brownlee MKBHD

Not unless there were two battery packs for affordability: Tri-Motor - standard range 300mi $83,990 Tri-Motor - Beast Mode 500 mi - $93,990 Dual standard 300mi - $67,990 Dual Long range 500 mi - $77,990 Could be much less if they are willing to accept single digit net profit margins on the...
  4. Solar Cover, Lightbar (Hella), and Cyber Shop Confirmed for Cybertruck!

Not unless it can be easily stolen. I think if there was a hookup somewhere on the truck and solar panels are the only think that's needed for extra juice. That would be awesome! Using the on-board inverters would simplify a diy solar roof on a canopy for instance.
  5. 265 mi range at 90% shown in demo Cybertruck driven by Marques Brownlee MKBHD

Would definitely be cool if he was getting his truck delivered tmr..i would want him to get his truck first so he can give us an early indepth review and comparison vs his rivian.
  6. 265 mi range at 90% shown in demo Cybertruck driven by Marques Brownlee MKBHD

Guestimating but there's 10 hash marks where it says 265 mi....9 are lit...soooo...should be about 300 miles. Keep in mind they could be testing out a dual motor standard range. I was told tri motor packs are ready for prime time...dual motor packs are not. I wouldnt be surprised if they needed...
  7. 265 mi range at 90% shown in demo Cybertruck driven by Marques Brownlee MKBHD

I don't think they can force white interior onto ppl, should be an option. People with kids would not chose white I'm thinking. White does look nice for press vehicles though.

  9. Solar Cover, Lightbar (Hella), and Cyber Shop Confirmed for Cybertruck!

I think Teslas move to the 800v architecture system and 48v for auxiliary needs, will allow CT to be the most efficient EV truck out there as it relates to their how to make an ev knowledge. The Tesla engineer I spoke with says the CT is very very efficient for these reasons. I wouldnt be...
  10. Solar Cover, Lightbar (Hella), and Cyber Shop Confirmed for Cybertruck!

I find it funny that people are worried about range efficiency for a slim led...when they bought a 7000 lb stainless steel door stop shaped truck. ?
  11. Adjustable ride height ramifications (tires and half shaft wear)

I think the combination of ride height adjustment and rear wheel steer will eat up these expensive tires extremely quickly. I remember back in auto class, camber doesn't kill tires fast, it's the wrong toe in or toe out specs. I'm no where near the front of the line so definitely something I'll...
  12. 123 kWh battery pack on Cybertruck (reported)

In 12-18 months there will be several of Tesla's battery partners making 4680 cells in the US too. Tesla does not need to make Cybertrucks in a hurry, as it's not a projected to be a high volume vehicle like the Model Y, but they do need to sell enough for the investment they already put in...
  13. Official Prediction Thread: What will be announced on November 30th?

    My guess for the first 6 months of 2024. Tri- $90-95k 450 mi range 2.9 0-60 Dual - starting June 2024 $75k 300 mi range 4.2 0-60 Let's goo!
  14. 1 week....and still clueless on price

Ahh yes, that's what he was talking about. Another loophole for Tesla not to give us the info we need lol
  15. 1 week....and still clueless on price

Not sure if this was true but the Tesla engineer I spoke with said they don't need to have the EPA Mulroney labels before delivery. Something about the class and weight of vehicle are not needed to have labels b4 deliveries. Someone maybe chime in if they have more info.
  16. 1 week....and still clueless on price

We will know in 5 days...the engineer I spoke with was dealing with the electrical architecture side, so he knows what systems he needs to feed power to, whole thing is electric so I believe him for what it's worth. But who knows ? He provided info that no one else has gotten and it all makes...
