I had this same issue except I was able to verify the truck was not able to lock onto any satellites, not just the American gps ones.

Hmm mine has never connected to my 5ghz network and definitely refuses to connect when I have WPA 3 enabled. Ended up setting up a dedicated network for it so I wouldn't have to degrade my entire home network security in order to get it online.
I ordered a replacement about a month ago, current eta is end of may for the replacement to come in. The lead time on all parts has gotten crazy.
im also still waiting on a new rear passenger seat belt receiver.
The turning radius on the truck was already pretty good before this update but now its just insane, my parking spot today prior to this update took 3 F-R-F-R-F-R to get into, after update I was able to do it in one F-R
and sort of random, I don't get why they put it basically on the front side of the peak facing nearly perpendicular to the flow of air. Instead of mounting it behind the peak with a reverse 45 angle. (Since something prevented them from mounting it behind the wind shield)
