On the surface, that seems incredibly unfair. To start I’d look at whatever it is you signed and what that says. But in your shoes, I would do anything in my power to will the $729 into existence. Are you able to walk away without any kind of penalty such as losing your deposit?

Seems like a lot of panic for no reason. FS owners - check your order agreement in the app. It says “full self driving capability - included” Nothing around supervised only or anything like that.

The trick is to drop the windows like a millimeter below its max height. It’s still fully “closed” to any passenger.

Was all noise through the rear windows? I’ve noticed noise mainly through the front windows but oddly only at cold temperatures (sub 25 or so).
