Possibly out of range and stuck?

Not to be "THAT GUY" but it's more like BetaMax had come out first (the superior format), but VHS became the intermediate industry standard, only for BetaMax to win the format war, and VHS to keep clinging to life. Anyway, it definitely harkens back to the old days of the format wars. 💯

Possibly out of range and stuck?

I think the continuing installation of CCS1 chargers is due to long permitting times dragging out installations that have been in development for years. As for the CT CCS1 adapter, I bought the A2Z adapter and it hasn't let me down once. I've watched 350Kw go through it and not had any sort of...

    Left of lane hugging fixed

I haven't had a chance to log many FSD miles since the last update. But in the miles I HAVE logged, no more hugging the left of the lane - much improved!

Anyone try these Hubcaps? - I like the look.

I bought these: Cybertruck 20" Cyber Wheel Cover Hub Caps Aero Cover Rim Protector for – EVBASE-Premium EV&Tesla Accessories I like the way they look, and that I can inflate/deflate tires without pulling them off. I haven't compared range with and without, and I got new tires about the same...

    Replacing my factory tires

I put about 20k miles on my FS OEM tires before I decided to get something that will hopefully eek out a few extra miles of towing range. I opted for the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent, which is rated for very low rolling resistance. When the original tires came off, they still had ~6/32 of...

Show us an accessory we’ve never seen before! MFZ Challenge thread.

I know there've been a few center console trays shared already, but the one I found on Amazon has the wrap-around storage and is also a bit cheaper than the others I've seen: https://a.co/d/bstJ9IZ I can attest to its durability and ease of installation. I consider it a must-have... until...

Powershare fails in Utah. Looking for CT owner with powershare.

I live in Eagle Mountain and I have a working Power share installation. Honestly, it's been a zero thought/hassle/effort feature. A couple of times, my power has gone out and Power share promptly restored power to my home. I'd be happy to let you take a peak at my setup if you think it may help...

New Tires...and I want the most (range enhancing) efficient tires for this truck...

I've been pondering options for improving towing range, and I came across the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent. Previously, I was growing confident in the Michelin Defender LTX M/S. But the Dueler scores 4.0 for rolling resistance (higher score for lower RR) against the Defender's 3.0. The Dueler...

Bought a CT to spite vandals

It's not something one can understand without logging a few hours behind the wheel of a CT. I feel like I could talk until I'm blue in the face, and I'd still never successfully communicate, to friends, family or coworkers, what makes the CT experience so satisfying. Now that you KNOW, congrats!

Do you think it is still Worth it?

After more than a year with my CT as my daily driver, I simply cannot imagine giving it up - not considering the alternatives available today. If not for steer-by-wire, I could see myself in a Rivian R1T, and if I also didn't need the truck bed, I could even see a Model X or Y. You can engineer...

CyberTruck Owners - Reliability of Vehicle?

I'm not going to speak for anyone else. All I can tell you is that I've owned my AWD CT for a little longer than a year now. I've put 20k miles on it. I've been from Canada to Mexico in it, and logged everyday and road trip miles in Summer heat and Winter snow, with and without my trailer in...

    Lucid vs Cybertruck

Don't forget CT has very wide tires, and the A/Ts (310 mile range) have a more aggressive tread than All Seasons, which add 10 miles (according to Tesla) of range. Throw an extra 500# on top of that and it's more than nothing. Yes, aero is undoubtedly the biggest single contributor, but not the...

    Does everyone’s windshield wiper suck?

I do wish the fluid spray was stronger - I don't feel like it applies enough washer fluid to do a good job of cleaning dirt and mud off. As for the wiper, I think it does a perfectly good job. It certainly does better than my Escape or Impala did. Maybe not quite as good as my mustang, but the...

    Any regrets after buying Cybertruck?

A lot of people still doubt they'll ever use FSD. I was on the fence until my FS CT got it, and I started using it. Now I'd say it's a mistake to buy a Tesla without it. Just my .02 but I see too much value there to not have it, and Elon says they're going to raise the price in the future.

    Any regrets after buying Cybertruck?

At this point, it feels like beating a dead horse, but I'm also in the no regrets crowd. I took delivery of my dual motor CT and it instantly replaced my Mustang, Escape, Impala and Ram. The CT does everything the others could, and it does a better job at everything. At first, my wife and I...

What are you guys buying with your Cybertrucks?

My wife and I quickly learned that RV Parks and EV travel are a match made in heaven. At first we would simply sleep in our tent or cargo trailer, and use the 30/50 amp service to charge the truck overnight. But our 4-wheeler often leads us to some remote destinations, where we don't have access...

Had my cybertruck for 4 days and this thing broke

I managed to break both passenger side deflectors when I got a little rambunctious, off-road, in low ride height. I scheduled a service appointment and when they quoted me the total charges for service, they quoted $0 as they were under warranty. It was very generous, but I knew I was completely...

Cyber "Truck" Towing Question: hitch receiver is designed to support vertical loads up to 160 lb (72 kg)?

And disbelief is the correct reaction. I've towed several thousand pounds with my CT, always with ~10% on the hitch, for several thousand miles. I've not had a problem yet. I WOULD like to see someone make some mirror extensions for towing, but the repeater cameras have gotten me by well enough...
