Yes, I can still hear it but it has significantly reduced.

Finally got it to open using the app (after multiple tries) This does concern me. I’ll keep a close eye on it moving forward.

Tried pressing the button and it won’t drop even though the app says that it’s open. I tried pulling the manual release and nothing is happening. Anyone have this issue or any tips?

That’s awesome. So you called, got VIN.. did you follow up to get a delivery date or did they reach out? How long after VIN? I called one hour later after getting my VIN to schedule a delivery appointment.
