Could use some help - I have two options for garaging the truck, but I can't decide what is best.

Option 1 - A single bay 296" length garage, but it a single standard width garage door (~92" wide opening edge to opening edge). The Cybertruck is supposedly 80 inches wide (I'm assuming WITH side mirrors factored in), so this sounds like it'd be very tight width wise with very very little room for error when it comes to the mirrors.

Option 2 - A double bay 268" length, plenty wide, but would be sharing space with another vehicle. The downside of this is there needs to be a few feet of travel in front as it's a pathway to the rest of the garage, the yard, etc.

What would you all recommend? Would love feedback from anyone currently owning the truck, especially the single bay option. I worry a tiny bit that four wheel steer could create some potential sketchy situations if I go with the single bay.

Damn... well that pretty much rules out the longer garage, which I thought would have been perfect. Unless I remove the side mirrors that is, but, I don't think that'll fly with current laws (requiring side mirrors if the rear view is obstructed in any way).

I’m shocked how many builders build garages to the minimum standard of 20’. That just seems nutts in the modern era.

I’m in the same predicament as you are. My garage opening width is 94”. Way too close for my comfort. I will be removing the side view mirrors. Hoping that someone has produced a side view mirror delete kit for covering the hole soon!!

Lucky for me as contractor did not penny-pinched for my garage.

However, i have to relocate my fridge to have it fit and pay extra to relocate the charger since original design is on the same side as my water heater.

Then mine is now a one-truck garage.

It can still be two, but I don't trust my wife and I already have an expensive insurance.

Real estate is expensive in certain areas, like in California, where I live, they had to optimize the living space.

Can anyone here confirm the measurement of the front overhang.
Trying to determine position of parking block so CT is as close to wall without hitting it.
About 27" from where are the tire touches the floor.
About 24" from where a wheel stop might touch the tire.
Tesla Cybertruck Cybertruck doesn't quite fit in my standard garage. Yours? 1000006388
