"Hey Judge, the media is sensationalizing stories with fake news. I want to sue (who?) for depreciation of my CT because I believe it's worth more than market value."
Nothing to see here, move along...
Was there any solid proof that actual owner data was leaked, or is this just speculation? The site being “taken down” doesn’t automatically validate the claim of a data breach. As someone else mentioned, this seems more like a baseless attempt at fear-mongering.
Why doesn’t the website show this lack of complete coverage in its pictures or descriptions? I’d expect them to be upfront if it doesn’t fully cover the edges, rear quarter panel, including the rear tailgate. Feels a bit misleading…
Tested on Y and X and frunk stays open, doesn't lock after a bit of time. (30+mins), so it's the same problem. If CT had driver door auto open, you will get notification, similar to the frunk being unlocked with UWB as you walk by and leaving it left ajar which sends you a notification.
Same thing would happen with model X opening trunk with UWB enabled, you need to close it manually.
Long story short, you could disable the auto open door if you don't need it.
Curious, what does it matter if the door cannot close itself? Auto door pop would be beneficial as it saves a step of pressing the physical button and then opening the door. If you are presented with the door already open, it makes it pretty effortless.
Actually, interestingly enough, if you press the button to open the door, wait 30 seconds, the door attempts to close itself, albeit not all the way... so close! ;)
I'm unsure about the benefits of having FSD in this situation. Why not honor instead free premium connectivity or free supercharging? Seems like a questionable PR stunt...Better than nothing I guess!
That's fair... actually I meant to say, swivel instead of tilt.
Really miss the swivel left and right in the Model X.
Looking for swivel left/right with the same height.
Upon CT delivery, I spent a good 5 minutes looking for the swivel function :(
