  1. Colorado CT? First deliveries??

I check the various forums and socials daily for any hint of a VIN or Delivery in CO and so far nothing. Still curious where those two trucks on the crashed car carrier in COS earlier this week were headed but so far no signs of movement on the CO order book yet. If we generically say about two...
  2. Cybertrucks on transport crashes in Colorado Springs

There’s a few of us with early-to-mid December FS orders out of COS but I’ve not heard of or seen anyone report being assigned a VIN yet. I also cannot find a source to indicate if this was on the SB side or NB side as most sources note both sides were closed due to the accident. I really can’t...
  3. Cybertrucks on transport crashes in Colorado Springs

Saw this on the local news. Haven’t heard of any VINs assigned to fellow Coloradans yet so not sure where these were headed. Maybe Montana (looks like there are some assigned VINs in MT according to the VIN tacking thread)...
  4. Sales tax on orders incorrect? (CO residents READ!)

Do we have any insight into whether they (Tesla) will accept a transfer of the CO Innovative Truck Credit at the time of purchase now that there is no MSRP limitation (based on my interpretation of the latest guidance document)?
  5. Full instructional "Cybertruck DIY Wrap" video series, A-to-Z, is LIVE and available for watching FREE!

Thank you for this! Will be looking at the Inozetek ASSC kit from you guys once I finally take delivery in the next month or two!
  6. Colorado waiting room

Does this count as the first CO customer delivery?
  7. DIY Vinyl Wrap & PPF Kits popping! [T Sportline]

How difficult do you reckon it would be for someone to do the Inozetek ASSC solo/at home. Never wrapped a car before but I’m pretty handy/crafty. What’s the margin for error on these kits and is there any guarantee/warranty provided if they are self-installed? Thanks! Also, any chance I/we...
  8. Just got the email from Tesla, foundation series ready to order

I believe you’re also missing the “Gateway” hardware (unknown; possible $1-2K) and whatever the upgrade cost will be for the “premium wheels and tires” (unknown; $4500 for upgrade option on Model S for comparison).
  9. Rumor: Foundation Series Expanded to 20,000 Units (Claims Phone Customer Service Rep)

Someone from Reddit claims to have spoken with a Tesla Rep who indicated that the Foundation Series would now represent the first 20,000 units built. Any of our forum members have better insight into this and/or the actual figures? Would be helpful to know how long we might have to wait if we...
  10. Site code exploration: (Interior options?) + Wireless charging

If the Aerocaps are in fact interchangeable then that could be a more amenable solution. Bonus if there is not a cost difference in selecting between the Goodyear and the Pirelli. That does leave me curious though, what is the difference between the Premium and Base wheels then? If they are...
  11. Site code exploration: (Interior options?) + Wireless charging

Do we know if one could say order four of the "Premium" Aerocaps and put those on the base wheel? (As silly as it may seem, the wheel is unseen so it's honestly more about the AeroCaps themselves . . . unless there is some other massive wheel benefit between the two that I am unaware of.) They...
  12. Site code exploration: (Interior options?) + Wireless charging

Thanks for that! It would seem though that the wheels and tires are (at least for now) matched together. I care less about the AT tire (though it is preferable) and more about having the infamous Cyberwheel/Aerocap that goes much better with the overall look of the vehicle (IMO).
  13. Site code exploration: (Interior options?) + Wireless charging

That's comforting enough for now! Thanks for the quick reply and insightful thread from a fellow CT enthusiast to the north! (Gleneagle)
  14. Site code exploration: (Interior options?) + Wireless charging

I'm cautiously optimistic that this means the AWD and Beast will come with the A/T (Premium) Wheel & Tire setup? For confirmation does the code for AWD/Beast align with the wheel/tire code from the Foundation series? Not super stoked if I have to purchase them separately (and end up with two...
  15. Cybertruck Release Milestone/Timeline Speculation

Yeah, I'm familiar with the various trackers but they are also purely speculative/based on assumption(s). Not sure if they take geographical area into consideration and I'd be curious to know what inferences are baked into the underlying logic/calculation(s). I'm really just looking forward to...
  16. Cybertruck Release Milestone/Timeline Speculation

Thanks for the perspective. I've seen a few different things thrown around but I'm just not sure I've seen anything specific to when they open up the order book for normal configuration. I would assume sometime between now and when all of the Foundation Series trucks are delivered as they will...
  17. Cybertruck Release Milestone/Timeline Speculation

With the first “retail” (Non-Employee/Non-VIP) customers potentially gearing up for delivery of Foundation Series trucks, I’m interested in everyone’s speculative timelines, thoughts, and/or insights for the remaining phases of production release. I've not followed Tesla launches in the past...
  18. Non Tesla employee invited to order Foundation Series

The biggest thing I got from that post was the 318Mi with A/Ts versus the 340 for the street tire. Not as bad as I had feared it would be!
  19. Cyberbeast vs Cybertruck AWD Comparison

Thanks for the clarification. I could honestly care less what the rim looks like so long as I can get the A/T Tire and the better looking Aero-Cap from the premium wheel.
  20. Cyberbeast vs Cybertruck AWD Comparison

In the source code leaks from a couple days ago there were three wheel options. A basic 18” and two 20” choices. I’m assuming that unless that’s scrapped, there will be a basic 20” and a premium 20”. Speculation though until we learn more.
