Good point.
Also take into account how many miles you plan on driving.
I was going to go with a top rated tire by TireRack and then saw that it would “probably” only “last” 13 months on the CT even with a 50k mile warranty. So, I went with another tire that was more middle of the road...
It’s just additional wear and tear on air suspension in general. I don’t mean that the suspension will break tomorrow. Just that I would understand if the suspension failed before 10 years out if your driving high that much. The air suspension bags are near completely full 24/7? Logically, I’d...
I do like having the option to broadcast extreme light with the top bar. But for adverse weather, the ditch lights or bumper lights are the way to go.
The light bar, either aftermarket or factory, does help with the aesthetics of the CT. But that’s my opinion. Haha
Yeah, I am definitely glad I didn’t consider selling my CT within 5 years of purchase. Teslas aren’t a good investment for the average person who wants a new vehicle every 3 or so years. It’s Tesla’s nature. Of course, the CT is a prime example.
My 17MS that was $101k, is now worth $18k after 8...
My CT won’t even keep the speed limit on FSD with no traffic while in FSD. I called into Tesla and they are looking at it. (No matter what settings I have. (13.2.9)
I have been using these ($3/$4) they last for a few months. Some of the sents are stronger than others, of course.
I picked up mine at a Buc-ee’s for $3.xx.
3,000 mile update: Still very satisfied compared to the OE ATs. Solid rain and highway performance.
(No off pavement experience with these tires yet. But will be in a few weeks.)
I second that.
People are people. It’s not always about our CT, but the health/state of mind of that other individual. I have to remind myself of that every once and while.
