After year long battle and I literally gave up, Tesla finally told me the issue is from my wall charger. I was not convinced, but the issue magically gone after they replaced it. It is running good for a few month now, so maybe you can give it a shot.
I also got the same issue, 2ND time! They replaced PCS with a lot of other things in April but the same issue happened again this week.
From your visit, did they root cause the reason why it keeps happening? Last time SC told me they have no clue what causes it, but just replaced everything...
They didn’t know why it happened last time but just replaced everything. I truly suspect something else causes this since the chances are too low to get two bad parts. Someone in another thread mentioned it could be the communication cable issue.
Yea that way at I did last time, but today I have whole morning meetings and when I stopped by near noon, they won’t take it. I will let you know how it goes. I really start questioning the quality of cybertruck but hopefully I was an exception.
I had the same issue in late April, and service center replaced almost everything in the ancillary device cluster, PCS, HV harness, AC junction box, etc, but the exact same issue happed again yesterday. Service centers are all booked for 1-2 weeks but I will take another shot tomorrow morning...
yes, supercharger worked for both time, but just AC charger won’t work. I called one service center and visited another one, but all they can do is jut put me on the top of the waitlist. Before the 3rd service center opened in Austin, I need 1-2 months to get a appointment, now 1-2 weeks is not...
Thanks, I will let them know! But I just can’t get any service appointment available in a week even I told them this is an urgent issue. So annoying?
Good to know! It happened to me 2 months ago and service center replaced the entire PCS, but it happened again. I was suspecting they didn’t root cause it since the chances for getting two bad parts so too rare. But they did tell me my HV battery harness is shorted and melted in the prior fix.
Hmmm... maybe it is the software issue then? I installed 2025.20.6 over the weekend, but it was charging ok yesterday. Did you see the issue immediately after installing 2025.20.6 or it happened a few days later like me?
I am happily driving my cyber beast for more than a year now, but in April, I noticed I couldn't charge at home but super charger still worked. I realized something wrong with the AC charger. Service center told me the HV harness is shorted and melted but they didn't know why it happened. They...
I am in the replacement process for 3 months and no update. Installer comes again and called Tesla and now they told me something wrong with my wall charger causes this issue. I highly doubted but my installer says replace it only needs 10 minutes so we will give it a try.
Tesla finally admitted something wrong with my system, after I put a router right next to the GW and the system will go offline as long as there is slight turbulence of the signal strength. Tesla ask me to talk to my installer and Qmerit to get the system replaced, that is around mid March, but...
Thanks, I took the beast delivery last June and still not having one. I tried to schedule one following the exact steps in those threads but SC just quietly removed that request :(
Randomly checking my app and see an outstanding work. Does it mean I am getting the light bar? Nothing in the description and didn’t receive any other message.
I just tested the power backup feature is actually working, but just app always shows no data and you can’t monitor the house. Still annoying consider such expensive system.
Thanks and good to know it won't prevent backing up power. Have you got yours replaced? I contacted Tesla and my installer came to site a few times, but Tesla support line won't admit it is their problem, but keeps asking power cycle it and do some FW update.
Have you got this " No recent data available" issue resolved? Mine keeps showing this since it installed 4 months back and the only way to resolve it is power cycle the main breaker but it will only stay online for a few days.
I got the exact same issue and the only way to resolve it is power cycle the main breaker. Does it happen to you again? Mine will only stay up for a few days but I don’t want to power cycle my house every week. I contacted Tesla and my installer comes 3 times already and no solution provided.
