I wouldn't consider a buyback, I would pursue it. Best of luck, it's a great truck and worth owning long term, and I would be more than happy to get a new one if mine was problematic.
If the water ingress is on the back window the slat will not be the solution. It is the weather sealing between roof and applique. Just a note from someone that went in 3 times before they finally addressed it under warranty.
Took the truck in for small things - took 3 visits just to finally address the leak in the bed, had a steering wheel click noise addressed in one of those visits, plus a creaking seat. The only serious issue was PCS failure at 5k miles. Otherwise first year of ownership has been awesome.
Yep, multiple posts about this issue. It needs to be a recall already because even though many have had it replaced it's not guaranteed to not fail again.
Apparently I received Anc in 2026.2 6.1, but i definitely didn't notice it until 2.9.1. I have a friend who is also on the latest and still hasn't received ANC on his FS CB. Odd roll out.
I hope this hits recall status. Even though I already went through it and had it fixed I'm not convinced that it's not going to happen again especially when I'm out of warranty.
So user error. All good! I'm hoping more companies make covers for the core wheels. I'm looking for something angular and aggressive. Something out of sci-fi movie/game.
I echo the sentiments of the op. Tesla really is just a tech company after all so I guess this move was inevitable. I think we all thought it would take a longer to get to this point, especially after such a stellar (although imperfect) product like the Cybertruck. It sucks to think that more...
