⚠️ Light bar installed and it doesn’t work (Resolved)

Had light bar finally installed yesterday, and when I opened up the RH B Pillar, to my surprise it was already connected! However the light is not appearing in the Outlets & Mods as supposed to, I went ahead and opened up the roof sail on RH side just to make sure they had connected all the wires and they all appear to be connected and wrapped in a black felt tape. Service is saying they can’t help with the connection, so I am super frustrated! Has anyone experienced this before?

Had my bar installed this past Wednesday (fayetteville NY service), and exact same experience (already plugged in), bar works fine by hitting the passenger top rail outlet (from the Outlets menu) and the light bard options show up at the bottom of the Outlets menu.. Although it took a while for the message that my bar was installed to show up on the display........

Only if the non OEM lightbar spoke LIN and pretended to be a Tesla light bar...

This is the only cool part of foundation series, we get oem light bar and the built in UI stuff. It was worth $20k!

Except that they shouldn't be connecting everything. Somebody somewhere is going against process and doing the owner a favor.
