Wow, you really do love your dog ^-^

Do you have a picture of the baffle folded down? Is it very compact, easy to deploy? I see in the dog photo that it's absent.

You should probably think about some padding on the bulkhead if she's free to move about her cabin. That's how school busses work, for instance.

The vault having a secure cover makes it definitely different than an open bed, but...

A lead to a harness that restricts the ability to jump out is also a good idea; that's how my last cat would sit co-pilot. Not that she would jump out, just better safe than sorry when something goes wrong.

I’m not sure what you mean by “baffle”

Putting some padding on the bulkhead is a good idea, I have some extra padding that I put on the floor that would work well for that.
We’ve done lots of testing to get her to jump out. And she won’t. She is too timid to even jump up on the edge. I grew up
In farm areas and it was pretty common to see dogs on flatbed trucks, going down the highway, just standing at the edge enjoying the wind, I have know idea how they train dogs to do that.

The wall you're using to isolate the warm/cool side of the AC unit.

Folded up and out of the truck, it’s about an inch thick.

Wow, actually looks well designed even with an A/C vent diverter. Would love to see someone here try it out and review it for the masses.
This seems overpriced, and I’m positive that a single vent rerouted to the rear will not keep the rear at temp. I have a 500W AC window unit back there and it has to run 100% of the time to keep that giant easy bake oven cool. I like the idea though.
