The form needs a field for "Did you have any successful referrals in the past".

I think what we will find is that all early FS invitees have had successful referrals.
I’m not sure about that because there are folks who are getting invites who the Cybertruck will be their first Tesla vehicle.

Maybe not now, since they are likely getting closer to the end of the FS reservation limit and will probably throw a few wild cards in there.

But I doubt very seriously that any of the early reservations went to folks who are completely new to Tesla.

I have not had a Tesla before. I did however purchase the universal charger in anticipation, and visited the closest Tesla dealership in Chicago that had the CyberTruck on display. Not that any of that matters. There must be some logic or methodology to how the reservation sequence is being utilized.

Have you placed an order? I wish I better understood what methodology they were using. There’s a lot of early reservation holders still waiting for their chance. I consider getting my invite like winning the lottery. With an unknown amount of invites going out you just never know.

Not sure what this is based on. I don't think anyone has been able to nail down any real logic to why anyone who receive an invite to order was sent that invite other than the fact that they had a reservation placed at some point.

I have never owned a tesla product of any kind. Honestly, now that I think about it, I know very few people who do that I interact with daily. I was a very early reservation holder. I got the FS invite on the 8th and ordered a Cyberbeast. No info from tesla since then other than the survey about home installation of the included equipment.

I really don't think anyone will ever have a clear understanding of why they are going out in the order they are.

Yes I received my invitation today and placed my order. Maybe it is a lottery? Perhaps it is sifting through data fields of time of reservation, desired trim level, number of times one checks the website for order status changes;) feedback from dealerships that reservation holders took the time to visit? Maybe first time Tesla buyers are being given preference? Dunno. I would be fascinated to find out how this is determined. Perhaps they have an AI interface that is generating the sequence based upon gathering multi source manifestations of intent to purchase and actions by reservation holders that indicate intent to purchase…… maybe Siri lets Tesla know how many times the phrase Cyber Truck is used by the reservation holder and how enthusiastic they are? Anything is possible.

I don't see how that would be meaningful considering that the Cybertruck reveal participation was heavily loaded to people who were already Tesla fans and who probably already had one or two Tesla's in their driveway.

Wouldn't you expect the earliest reservations to placed by people who were not Tesla virgins?

No doubt the Cybertruck will "pop the cherry" of many new to Tesla, but the earliest reservations were placed primarily by those who had previous Tesla experience.

Congratulations! I agree, anything is possible at this point.

Hi - invited on Dec 8, ordered on Dec 9 - I have never owned a Tesla before. Nothing in my app, but the Cyberbeast I ordered.
