I did the work myself. I've done enough of these accessories on the Cybertruck that I'm proficient at it. I can do it or I can refer you to an excellent shop I know. DM me.

Literally just installed this lightbar today.

Hissing noise from the right speaker regardless of if music is on or not.

Very annoying. I have reached out to TesStudio for a response on this. 2nd accessory from them that has an issue (First was an audio error with their Rearview mirror camera).

It’s unfortunate there have been multiple reports that the light bar makes the front right lower a-pillar speaker it plugs into have a constant hiss sound, including mine.

I’ve been messaging with my seller tlyard and they haven’t been helpful with finding a solution. I really like the look but had to remove it because the hissing sound is too distracting given how quiet the cabin is otherwise. I have very sensitive hearing so that doesn’t help with me trying to ignore it (thankfully the rest the cabin is so amazingly quiet). I hope they can come out with a solution because I would happily put it back on…

Really sorry to hear that. My truck is in for maintenance at the moment. I'll take a look at it when I get back. However, I will say that I did not put the BT Module where it indicated in the instructions. I also have cables from the C9 unit in there. Try unplugging cables one at a time and see if you can narrow it down.

Yes it will be interesting to see if you hear it or not. I didn’t notice it until someone pointed it out and I was driving around with it for a few days. But once I became aware of the sound I couldn’t stop hearing it.

I isolated the sound to the little module that plugs into the harness. With that module unplugged the sound stopped but with it plugged in the sound was present. What else do you have plugged into that area? If you really don’t have the hissing I wonder if something else you have plugged there is acting like a filter and blocking it out…

Possibly. I may not have my CT back until the weekend. However, as I said I did put the module in a different spot if you look in the video. It's just kind of tucked farther down. It is emitting a signal that could potentially interfere with the sound if it is next to the right wires. That's probably it as I can't think of any way that it actually connects to the speaker.

I finally got my truck back and now that you guys have mentioned it I can hear it. It's not affected by the stereo volume. It's almost inaudible in my truck. I'm not sure it's the lightbar though. I may have to try some troubleshooting when I get time to figure it out.

I did report the issue though so hopefully we can figure it out.

The only thing I can say for my truck is that it is so low that it's easily overlooked. Is it louder in yours?

I had the light bar installed for almost a week before someone brought the sound to my attention. It’s one of those things where if you are listening for it is it easy to hear but if you didn’t know you could miss it. But once I heard it I couldn’t stop hearing it whenever the car wasn’t moving and road noise drowned it out.

Try unplugging the little module on the harness and see if the sound stops. For me that made the sound go away making me think it’s not an issue with bad wires causing interference. It has to be something in that box

Tlyard customer service has been message with me as a middle man with the supplier. I’m hoping they can figure out what in the module is causing static sound and can update it. I’d spend more money on a new module if it fixes it since I like the light bar so much.
