Tesla has dropped the $1,000 referral discount on all vehicles. Current referral benefit situation:

- Model 3, Model Y, Premium AWD Cybertruck, Cyberbeast: 90 days of FSD (Supervised) is offered instead

- Model S, Model X, Standard AWD Cybertruck: no referral benefit

Also, the loyalty discount on Cybertrucks (and Models S/X) is now $500 (not $1,000). The Standard AWD is not eligible.

Maybe a new incentive is coming? Like maybe 0%? I'd switch my standard AWD to a Premium for 0%. I love to find an inventory model I could pick up right away!

Tesla (like other automakers) commonly offers incentives as the end of the quarter approaches. And the end of the first quarter is a particularly good time for incentives, because it's typically the slowest quarter of the year for auto sales.

So it seems strange that Tesla would go in the opposite direction at this time, and reduce/eliminate the referral/loyalty benefits. Maybe you're right -- some alternative incentive could be coming instead. If so, we should see it soon, since the end of the first quarter will arrive in just a few weeks.

Tesla is already offering 0% financing on the lower Model Y trims, so it wouldn't be too surprising if they made 0% available more widely.

Y is selling great, no incentives needed.
CT has a huge backlog of orders, no incentives needed.
S/X are on their way out, demand is great and supply limited.

Kind of makes sense to get rid of it for their *current* situation.

Glad I locked in my $1000 Loyalty before Tesla pulled the plug on it like they did my FSD Transfer.
At least I didn't get screwed twice...
