Has anyone else received a $1800 credit saying they were previously given 6 months of free supercharging?
I was originally promised 6 months of super charging in Feb. I never received that and have used the CT at SC's 3 times and paid for each use in the past 1.5 months.
On June 4th, received an email stating I would get $2500 credit instead.
Over the weekend, received a $1800 credit saying it's the difference between the $2500 and 6 months SC'ing that I already received.
Checked the app thoroughly and no where does it show I have free SC'ing.
I can't get through to customer service with a 1+ hour hold so I gave up. Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.
