No, this is just converting people’s $2500 PowerShare credit that was one-time use to a multiple use gift card.
It’s a little lame for those of us who didn’t have this option and made buying decisions around the prior restrictions.

Only bought the winter wheel/tire package from Tesla because there was no other reasonable way to spend the money in a chunk and not losing any of it.

Oh, well. Being an early adopter like anything else has pros and cons.

Just bought three sets of D-rings with my credits.

Still -$2,300 left. How nice it is to slowly shop and buy what you want, haha!!

Come on Air Compressor Ultra!!
D rings came with the foundation…i would tell tesla service center you never received them

2 sets (4 rings) came with foundation. The bed has 10 available locations, so 3 more sets fills all the positions.
^ Exactly!! Got the four, now I’ll have ten…never can have too many d-rings, haha!!

I cant even find my email for the original 2500 i never spent
Then you should be getting an email for this conversion. I didn’t do anything to make it happen, it was automatically applied.

I can't use the 2500 i have now.
I want 2 spare tire kits. Not possible on app. Service center can't charge wallet. I want my credit in cash.
Can't do that. Worthless money in wallet.

You can’t buy one spare tire kit in two separate orders? If you have the credits on the Tesla shop, you can spend less than the $2,500 all at once.

I couldn’t buy more than two sets of d-rings. So, I bought two sets in one order, then a singe set in another order. Still have ~$2,300 left.

Order one spare tire kit. Then order another one in a separate order.

If you cannot locate or did not receive an email about your $2500 credit balance, here's how to check if it is actually assigned to your Tesla account.

In the Tesla App, hit the 3 horizontal bar icon in upper right corner, then hit the right pointing arrow icon next to your name, then hit the right pointing arrow icon next to the "wallet" (on my app it's the 3rd one down). Under wallet you should see the credit card attached to your account, IF your $2500 was granted to you, there should be a white rectangle that says TESLA CREDITS with a balance of $2500.

You can also see this in the web based Tesla SHOP at checkout under payment method. If you hit the down arrow next to whatever credit card is listed at the checkout panel, there should be a choice of using the Tesla Credit.

For those of you who got the credit, did you already spend your $2,500. Did anyone get it without spending the full $2,500. And was this on cyberbeast, Foundation series, or any cyber truck

I wouldn't spend it until it's verified that it's not a clerical (or programming) error. Because it sounds like a mistake and the law doesn't hold merchants to this kind of error, even if you've already spent the credits.
I feel its safe to spend this. The message contains clear language stating why they are getting this credit. This isn't like a bank error where you account has an increase in balance without explanation.

No, hadn’t spent any of the $2,500 voucher.

These were given out for FS AWD & CB. Not part of the non-FS CT’s.

I was responding to the initial post. From that limited amount of info, it appears Tesla was converting a one-time useage credit into a credit that could be used in multiple transactions, to make it easier to use the credits. It was my impression that this came after the original voucher was already exhausted. If so, the new credits were probably issued before the original credits were spent, and thus are no longer valid.

I could be wrong about what has transpired but taking it at it's most simple and common-sense interpretation, that's what it looks like to me.

I had Tesla Service center install mine and got to watch the process (please forgive my extreme lack of experience on this)...are you pushing and popping the center in after snapping it into position? Seems like that step locks it into place. Hope that helps.
