Doesn't it seem likely that the story will change over time? While they are trying to ramp initial production, they'll probably only do one or two variants. Once they get their feet under them, they'll probably get to something like the originally-announced three variant story.

It wouldn't surprise me though, if over time they keep going in a fashion very much unlike the S,3,X, and Y. I have (notionally, at least) just bought an F-150 - a hybrid, as a bridge strategy for towing heavy toys while waiting for my CT. Ford is marketing no less than eight trim levels of that truck, each of which can be optioned out in all manner of ways. Partly that's just the traditional auto biz but I suspect strongly that the market for pickup-class trucks is just so vast, and as others have said here, so full of divergent use cases, that it demands more diversity.

I really hope Tesla does eventually break with its tradition to build more variants of the CT than it has with other models. In the ICE truck market there is a lot of choice to be had, IMO for good reason. Gotta admit, though, that this would take a while and I will greedily snap up whatever they choose to sell early on...

This is all speculation, but I am answering the OP question directly:
There will be 3 - CT1, CT2, and CT4, not all released at the same time.
CT1 - $49k Released 2024, 250 mi
CT2 - $59k Released late 2023, 350 mi
CT4 - $109k Released 2023, quad steer, 500+mi

I got this from putting my finger in the air and measuring the wind speed in my office. Should be accurate with 17% (another figure acquired the same way).

There is simply no way all 4 options will happen. There will either be 2-3 option only
Nobody knows WTF after the launch party was over and website removed all the launch reveal details.

Quad Cybertruck is a new addition. It is in fact an entirely new propulsion scheme, drivetrain and electronic control set that rewrites the software in CT1, 2, and 3. Adding the hurdles NHTSA requires a new truck pass Elon Musk’s optimism for Quad deliveries Summer’23 is like saying “in a month or so”.

Trucks are fundamentally more versatile than cars. As such, it is possible there will be more models then Tesla’s auto lineup. Look at the F150/ F250/ F350 lineup. Maybe Cybertruck won’t make monster trucks like the F350 right off the bat on the Cybertruck line, but they can dig pretty deep into competing with the F150/ F250.

But Tesla will likely want to keep the lineup small.

So maybe a 250 - 300 mile range dual motor truck will be the base. Suitable as a work truck for contractors. Base model equipped with street/ utility tires to maximize range and for best handling on pavement. Capable of towing 10,000 pounds.

A second model more suitable for towing with a top towing capacity of 14,000 pounds (Maybe more? If they do go into the HD range, why not?). Likely this would have a bigger battery as well to maintain reasonable range while towing. Also likely equipped with utility tires.

Very possible we’ll see an off-road package. We’ve seen big hints they are thinking of off road capability. This would have off road tires with lower range but better off-road handling. Very possible it will have some additional software features. Software might be unlock-able similar to the way you can get most of the way to a Performance Y with acceleration unlock.

Also possible there would be a street performance build with tires designed more for acceleration and handling on pavement.

Musk has talked about a Plaid model, but it’s entirely likely it might just be the top end model with acceleration unlock, better brakes, and street performance tires (more similar to Model Y Performance).

So it would fundamentally be 2 assembly lines with 2 or 3 wheel types and 2 different drive trains. Lots of different choices for people.
