Email comes from [email protected], looks like the post above. I took delivery on 6/22, never received the Powershare survey, although I reached out to Qmerit directly for a quote. I received my voucher on 7/2, after opening a support case on the Tesla website. I have no idea if the support case resulted in the voucher delivery, but I did receive a support survey the day after receiving it.

How did you open a support case? I can't find it on their website. I took delivery 6/22 also and still haven't received my voucher.
