You sure about that? Do you own one? Because mine is centered. How long have you owned a Cybertruck for @Crissa? Which model do you have?
A quick look at Crissa's profile will answer your questions 2, 3, and 4, but I suspect you already knew the answers and you were only trying to make a point. As to question 1, I suspect she knows that because she's seen the Cybertruck's front bumper.

Here some questions for you: Have you ever looked at the camera on your CT's front bumper? Is it in the center of the bumper? Are these rhetorical questions, asked just to make a point?

Of course, the front bumper camera might not be used by FSD and if so, it's being off-center would have no impact on lane centering. (And that might be a more appropriate response to Crissa.)

Yep! No CT ownership.

Bingo. Right on target on this one.

As for our friend Crissa... I suggest you look at her exchanges with me and many others in the past. She tends to argue on points that she has no experience or knowledge of. She argues with lawyers about law, fire fighters about how to fight fires, and much much more. Instead of saying "Oh, I wasn't aware of that, thank you for teaching me something new", she argues attempting to find anything in the crevices of the interwebs to try to show she is right.

Hence the point of her commenting on the Cybertruck, how to clean it, how to drive it, how to maintain, etc, is based on book knowledge and not real world experience. It is my opinion, that I am not sure why she engages here, only to start many arguments and piss off a lot of members. She should be here to learn from those who own CTs and not argue with folks who have made careers based on topics that she has no knowledge. I certainly am not going to argue with an attorney or a medical doctor here. If they school me, I will say "Thank you very much! You taught me something! I appreciate the insight!".

So yes, could there have been a more appropriate response? Certainly. But based on past experiences with many members, you will find that she is grating and gets on a lot of our nerves. She could learn a lot by being humble and not such a know-it-all.

You asked the question in public, so I answered in public. I would have been happy to have answered you via DM.

I know my questions were a bit snarky, but you didn't provide "Answers". You commented.

So, here two comments in response.

I avoid making personal comments about other members.

I use the forum's handy "ignore" function to avoid those who get on my nerves.

Thanks for the heads up on the Ignore feature. I learned something new today.
You're most welcome, rrizzi! It can be an effective stress reliever when thoughtfully applied ;)

[edit]
As I just did...

You answered your own questions. I said bingo to agree with your answers to your own questions. Do you want me to answer them? It will be exactly what you said.

Personal comments were not made about that member. The comments were data specific as to the interactions with many members here. It's as stated that her behavior and interaction is grating on others. That is not a personal comment. It is fact. She was never called a name or insulted. So I am lost on the "personal comments".

As for the "ignore" button... interestingly I haven't used it.

UPDATE: So since the last time I posted that recalibration had "fixed it" a few days later it went back to hugging the centerline. I got 13.2.6 last night and I tested it right away. "Right now" it's only hugging on one back road, but I'd say is 75% better. I'm hoping it gets better over time. I've kind of given up on thinking it's going to be "good" anytime soon though LOL. Will just keep testing as it comes out, but I'm not going to bother with recalibrating going forward. Happy Friday!

UPDATE: Over the last several weeks I was observing this behavior - I can confidently tell that the issue is the side wind (I live in a very windy area). Basically sidewind is pushing CT off center. Was able to replicate this on multiple occasions. When there is no wind it sits right in the center of the lane. I think this is something that needs to be addressed with software fix.
